先週末の様子です。
慶友整形外科病院リハビリ室へお伺いして細かくご対応いただきました。
今回は肘の異常が数名確認できましたが、すぐに投球禁止になるような部員はおりませんでした。
ホッとしました。

前橋中央硬式野球俱楽部では新入部員募集中です。
2/3(土)は公開練習となっております。
皆さまのご参加を心よりお待ちしております。
前橋中央では入部後に新入部員メディカルチェックを受診し、毎年1月末に部員全員でメディカルチェックを受診しています。
慶友整形外科病院さんでのメディカルチェックを基準にしっかりとメンテナスをして高校へ送り出します。
しっかりと先を見据えて野球に取り組んでいきます。
コロナ禍の恩恵を受けてここ3年ほど大きな障害は確認されていません。
しかしながら早熟型の部員で小学期の中心選手として活躍した部員は、より負荷の高い投球や送球を強いられる場面が多かったはずです。
晩熟型の部員は未発達な身体形成の中で負荷の高い投球や送球を強いられる場面が多かったはずです。
どちらにしても常に障害の危険性を把握して知識を得て野球を続けていかなければならないことを学んでほしいです。
投球数制限も定着して、以前より格段と投球障害は減る傾向にありますが、それで安心してはいけません。
中学期には長く野球を続けられる土台作りをしていく必要があります。
心技体ですね。
心は頭の中にありますので知識を得て、技術はケガをしにくい投球やスイングを身に着けて、柔軟性が高く多くの部位を思ったように操作できる身体を作っていかなければなりません。
