NPO法人 前橋中央硬式野球俱楽部では2024年度生(35期生)募集中です。
公開練習は終了となりました。
今年は、3月から大会が始まるため3月の公開練習は開催できませんでした。
平日練習・土日祝日の主活動にはいつでも活動参加できます。
また、3/14(木)以降の月・火・木・金の13:00からホームグランドで春休み期間練習を行っております。
体験・見学随時受付中です。
入部説明会の2回目は3/10(日)・3回目は3/24(日)となります。
16:30から鳥羽施設内の教室で行います。
中学期は思春期と育成のスパート期を迎える心も体も難しい時期を迎えます。
これが正解という育成はありませんが、30年を超える中学硬式野球指導の経験値と進化を続ける野球に積極アプローチを続けるスタッフが新入部員の育成を支えます。

中学で野球を継続しようと検討されている小学6年生と保護者の皆様、ぜひ練習体験・練習見学にいらしてください。現中学1年生も募集中です。

中学から野球を始めた先輩たちからアドバイスさせていただきます。
平日活動・土日祝日の主活動は、いつでも練習体験・練習見学可能です。
〇 平日活動は18:30～ 鳥羽施設 ※月曜日と木曜日が中学1年生の練習日となります。
〇 土日祝日の主活動は8:30～ 前橋中央緑地公園北グランド
原則上記の予定で活動しております。
2月からは練習試合が増えてきますが、全員ではありませんが班分けをして原則ホームグランドでの活動は行われています。

成長過程の正しい理解を選手と保護者の方に求め、大きくバラつきをみせる中学期に過度の練習量や過度な期待で選手のやる気や将来を潰さないように心がけて活動しております。
経験値重視・年功序列を理解してもらい、最上級生になると「前橋中央ボーイズ」と「前橋ボーイズ」の各チームに所属して大会や練習試合を実施しております。

人生で一度しかない中学期。
「理解できる成長期」を迎える中学期。
「成長スパート」と呼ばれる急激な成長期を迎える中学期。
中学期でやらなくてはならないことは…
少々明記いたします。
中学期は成長過程の正しい理解が必要となります。
早熟傾向の子、晩熟傾向の子、混在するのが中学期です。
現1年生は130cm台の部員と170cm台の部員が混在しています。
その彼らの現時点での特性はどのようなものになるのかの理解を深めてもらえるような活動をしております。
130cm台の子がなぜ前橋中央を選ぶのか、170cm台の子もなぜ前橋中央を選ぶのか詳しく説明します。
成長過程をしっかり理解することによってチームの勝利を最優先するのではなく個人に目を向けることの大切さも理解をして野球に取り組みます。
その上で目指す勝利とは？も、ご説明いたします。
「勝つこと」について少々…
一部の成長過程が早い選手に偏って試合を運び勝利を目指すこと、これは成長過程において大きなバラつきをみせる中学期にはあまり必要のないことだと考えております。
もしその勝利が正解であれば、その舞台に立った全員が順調に成長していかなければなりません。
しかしながら、その舞台に立ったメンバーが追いつかれ、追い抜かれていく姿を相当数目の当たりにしてきました。
前橋中央ボーイズも過去にはやみくもに勝利を目指し、ジャイアンツカップや全国大会に出場してきた過去があります。
自らのの経験からも、実際にその時点でレギュラーだった選手が高校でそうではなかった選手に追い抜かれていく姿を見てきました。
それらのことから多くのことを学び、現在の身長予測や2チーム編成といった取り組みに結び付いております。
その上で、それぞれのステージにあった練習や練習試合を実践しています。
マイクロバス3台、それぞれのステージにあった班編成をしてフル稼働で練習試合を実践しています。
毎年よく聞くのが
-「中学硬式」なんて聞くと敷居が高い
- すごい選手の集まり
- 身体が小さいから無理
このあたりでしょうか…
身体が大きい選手はさほど心配はしません。
が、順調に大きくなれるかは身長予測を基に考えていかなければなりません。
そして身体の小さい選手には、よりしっかりと目を向けなくてはならない時期です。
こちらも身長予測を基により考えていかなければなりません。
身長予測に関しても各説明会でご説明いたします。

お父さん・お母さんは、ずっと小さい幼い体型で今日を迎えていますか？
早い・遅いはそれぞれありますが、必ず大きくなる、大人の体型になる日が来ます。
その日を予測して取り組むのが前橋中央です。
変化のスピードが遅い野球界であり、今までのような自然淘汰型の選抜育成方法では子供たちへの負担が多すぎると考えています。
一例で、生まれ月だけを見ても…
実際にプロ野球の世界に進む選手でさえ、4月から9月生まれの選手が多くなる傾向にあります。
これは10月生まれ以降の選手や早生まれの選手は実力が無い訳ではなく、野球を含めた多くのスポーツが抱えるシステムの問題が大きいのです。

今、小さいからといって判断するには早すぎます。
よって今日明日の勝利はあまり重要ではない時期です、10年後を視野に入れて前橋中央で野球をしませんか？
そして昨今問題に上がる保護者の負担が大きいことに対する嫌悪感…
保護者の当番を廃止して17年目の前橋中央、結構ベテランです。
もちろん協力無くして運営できない部分もありますが、自主自立・自主自律の実践が伴わなければ成立しない活動について知ってもらえる機会になると思います。

現在、小学6年生で来春から中学で野球を続けようとお考えの皆さん、現在中学1年生で今後を迷っている皆さん、ぜひ前橋中央の活動へご参加ください。
中学校の部活動が地域移行されることは周知されてきたと思います。
移行することのないクラブチームで野球を続けませんか？
ボーイズは敷居が高いなどと言われているようですが、そこまで高くないですよ。
平日活動・土日祝日の主活動に関して、いつでも体験・見学していただいても大丈夫です。
