特定非営利活動法人 前橋中央硬式野球俱楽部では、現在スタッフを募集しております。
兼業スタッフ(中学部コーチ)1名・ボランティアスタッフ(中学部コーチ・運営スタッフ)若干名を募集しています。
当クラブには、中学硬式野球クラブですので本気でプロ野球選手を目指している部員がおります。
一方で、上手くいったらそうなりたいなぁという部員もおりますし、勉強との両立や他競技との両立を図りたい部員もおりますし、そこまでの熱量は無い部員もおります。
また、上記のような部員構成となりますので成長過程の早い大きな子もいれば、遅くて小さな子もおります。
さらには部活動の地域移行で野球を続けようかどうか迷っている小学生たちが中学進学時に野球を諦めてしまうことを一番懸念しております。
ソフト路線と言いますか、彼らの受け皿も目指しております。
そのような子どもたちと野球をツールに共に成長を目指せるようなスタッフを募集しております。
「名選手名監督にあらず」とよく言われますが、名選手は出来てしまうことが多かった方なのではないかと考えております。
出来ない子の気持ちが分かる方が前橋中央のスタッフには望ましいと考えております。
出来ないことが出来るように選手と一緒に考えていってくださる方、ご自身の競技実績などは問いません、野球未経験者の方でも構いません。
中学期の子どもたちをどのように育成することが望ましいのかを学ぶ意欲のある方、野球の技術向上はもちろんですが野球をツールにした人間形成にも興味を持って取り組んでくださる方を募集します。
将来、高校野球の指導者を目指している大学生の皆さん、中学硬式野球関係者とつながりをつくり、将来の野球部運営に結び付けてはいかがでしょうか？
小学校・中学校教諭の方で、部活動の地域移行へ興味をお持ちの方、共に地域の活動へ舵を切りませんか？
手探りの続く地域移行ですが、地域の活動に学校の先生が加わることが望まれているのではないでしょうか？

募集に関しては以下のとおりです。
対象年齢：18歳～45歳
選考方法：面接
年度途中の採用でも翌3/31までの年度で更新させていただき、以後は1年更新となります
※ 前橋中央OBやOB保護者の方は別途ご連絡ください。
① 中学部コーチ １名
中学部のコーチとして、野球指導を共に学び兼業スタッフとして携われる方。
クラブで指定する指導者講習会・オンラインサロンの受講ができる方。
昼食・交通費・ボランティアに対する対価(中学部活動の手当てをベースにしています)支給。
現状のご職業と兼業可能な方が対象となります。
土日祝日のうち月4日以上の出席が可能な方を優遇いたします。
② 中学部ボランティアコーチ 若干名
中学部のコーチとして、野球指導を共に学びボランティアスタッフとして携われる方。
現状のご職業と兼業不可の方もこちらの対象となります。
昼食支給。
土日祝日のうち月4日以上の出席が可能な方を優遇いたします。
①②の対象者の方にはクラブが推奨する研修やオンラインサロンへの参加をご依頼する場合があります。
諸経費はクラブで負担させていただきます。
③ 運営スタッフ 若干名
１）NPOスタッフ
NPO法人 前橋中央硬式野球俱楽部の運営や事務作業を担当してくださる方。
ボランティア活動の経験者、地域活動の運営経験者、会社経営されていた方優遇。
２）代表部スタッフ
子どもたちと接することが好きで、チーム代表や副代表としてチーム運営並びに支部運営に携われる方。
３）マネージャー
野球が好きで、子どもたちと接することも好きで、マネージャーとしてチーム帯同をお願いできる方。
小学部・中学部の子どもたちの成長記録管理、スコア管理、大会時の記録管理、練習補助など。
４）広報スカウト
野球が好きで、学童野球チームの指導者さん、子どもたちと保護者の方へ前橋中央独自の視点での募集活動を手助けしてくださる方。
大きい子どもたちの特徴、小さい子どもたちの特徴を把握していただき、将来長く野球を続けられる選手を発掘してくださる方。
